The next edition the National Youth Championship Pastry (CANJOP) be held in Seville from 3 to 6 October 2008 taking advantage of the fair FECOPAN, aimed at professionals in the bakery, pastry and similar Southern Spain.
In the last edition held in Barcelona, \u200b\u200bthe winner was Spaniard Alejandro Montes , who now works as a lecturer at the School of Pastry Barcelona. In addition, Montes won the 2007 Trophy for Best Lluís Santapau Artisan Chocolate from Spain.
